Cookout - Conway

This restaurant is located near a college, so it tends to get quite busy during late-night hours (after 10 PM). I ordered a cheeseburger and a hot dog. The line was really long, so we opted for the pick-up window instead. The process was relatively quick considering the staff were working hard despite the long queue. Overall, the food is quite affordable and filling, and the quality is usually consistent. I also ordered a full-size portion of white cheddar bites, but I was disappointed to find that the amount was more like a half-size tray. Nevertheless, I still enjoyed them.

The prices and food are fantastic! It's more like a southern eatery, and as someone from the northeast, I really wish they had a location here. I love the Cheerwine drinks! The customer service is consistently excellent, and I never have to wait long. Every time I visit the south, I hear great things about it. You definitely get exactly what the menu promises—Cookout-style burgers and delicious sides to accompany them. I can’t believe how affordable it is!

There are plenty of choices, and while the menu's size and layout can be a bit overwhelming—especially in the drive-thru if it's your first visit—the friendly and patient service makes it a pleasant experience. So far, everything I've tried has been excellent. If you're from a place that doesn't have Cook Out, like I was, I highly recommend giving it a try!
