This particular Duncan?s has to be the slowest one in the area, very understaffed or workers are just extremely slow a mobile order shouldn?t take 25 minutes to hit the counter.
I?m there at 5am. No other cars, 4 woman working who are the slowest on earth. Annnd they get order wrong. -This happens several times a week. I stopped going for a while thought I?d try them again today ? and guess what order wrong again!! I couldunderstand if it?s slammed busy but nobody else was there.
The Dunkin Donuts in North conway was a bad experience for me! The manager! Jeremy Clark!!! Was working drive threw and was really mean!! Swore at me and threw my change in my hands!! I called GM and they never returned my call and I also called thestore told them the story about what happened and that the general manager never called me..they said they would give him themessage took my phone number again and never called me back!! So mad ????
Can only order with a touch screen, staff ignores you while you try to figure out the sub-menus. Do not recommend at all
