Great American Cookies - Conway

I tried 2 cookies from here today (chocolate and white piece macadamia) cuz I forgot that this cookie was also here. but frankly, they're just okay. the white piece seemed a tinted undercopper, but the taste on both was only standard, like a cookie from a bakery. not the super cheap, but like the cookies that are about 5-6 dollars for a dozen. there are 2 better cookie options in the city so that I stay with them.

The guy broke my chocolate cone , didn’t know what he was doing, didn’t pre attention on what flavor I really wanted! Not a good experience

Worst service ever. Ordered placed online. Arrived and was told it would be 20 minutes for two scoops of ice cream, since that 's how long they have to fill the online order. Didn 't matter that I was already there and no other customers in the store when I arrived. The girl was rude the whole time, I would think that when a customer walks in the first words would be hello or welcome . I didn 't know serving ice cream and cookies could anger someone so bad. Would definitely not recommend.

I absolutely love their products, but they never have what i want : every time i go in specifically for a slice of the cookie cake and they never seem to have it

If there was a way to give negative stars, I would definitely do so. The only reason I remained polite was because of someone other than Chad.
