Wunderhaus - Conway

For my main course, I ordered the Sir Albert Howard, which consisted of squash filled with wine-braised chicken, onions, and artichokes. The flavors were bold and delightful. The chicken was tender and flavorful, with a sweetness that wasn't overpowering. The brisket was also tender, and the spaetzle was both soft and delicious. The Maria Theresa dish was creamy and delightful, with just a hint of sweet cheese. They offer a wonderful selection of cider, wines, and beers on-site, along with live entertainment on the terrace. Just keep in mind that this isn’t a fast meal; it's worth setting aside extra time for a premium dining experience.

I visited for brunch on New Year's Eve, and I must say there's no other place in Conway that offers a brunch like this one. Everything we ordered was exceptionally delicious. The unique dishes, variety, and attentive service were impressive, especially considering how busy they were. I know their earlier brunch attempts weren't as successful, but they've truly nailed it this time. Just a tip: it might be best to arrive a bit earlier if you're planning to go for brunch.

It is not often that I give a five star review. As the son of a highly respected chef, I tend to be fairly critical of any dish and most establishments. The dish I had was in the top five dishes I have had since my father passed twenty five years ago. This is a must for anyone seeking quality, fresh, locally sourced ingredients. This is my new favorite place to eat in Conway!

Food tasted great and the drinks were mixed and presented with a lot of thought. Unfortunately, my wife was coming out of the bathroom and heard one of the servers say “I wish these people would hurry and get the f@€K out of here”. It wasn’t but a few minutes past closing so not sure why she had a problem, even after tipping 20%!

Maria Theresa... just go there and thank me later. It's been a while since I've been this excited about a restaurant. The thoughtfulness and attention to detail in the food are truly commendable. The service was fantastic as well.
