Zaza is a Fast-Casual pizzeria, offering pizzas, sandwiches, salate and gelato. vegetarier have a lot of options here, but there are slim pickings for vegans. for vegan options, you need to make changes at menu points that do not ask for cheese/meat. I had a Greek salad without a feta cheese and her roasted veggie sandwich without cheese. the salat was fresh: it was mostly salat with a sprinkling of cherry, kalamata oliven, green pfeffer, cirschtomaten, gurken and pfefferminz. it came with a lemon-garlic dressur that was okay, but a little sour for my taste. the veggie sandwich was delicious! it had spinat, sun-dried tomato, mushrooms, artichoke hearts, caramelized wobble, and basilikum and was served on a ciabatta style roll. there are some vegan options in russellville and this is one of the better options, especially if they want something local.

I had the lunch combo, which included a house salad and a cup of soup. The salad was amazing, with fresh fruits (berries) sourced locally, baby arugula mixed in, and a slightly sweet vinaigrette dressing. The best part was the roasted crouton on top. The house soup of the day was a creamy, flavorful tomato soup with chunks of carrots and croutons on top.

It was a bit expensive, but eating is fantastic. they make eating right in front of them and the workers are super nice. I recommend getting a pizza and an salad (I had the salmon salad) after that, go a gelato. They are incredible. overall the place is beautiful and eating is fantastic.

Try the marinosauce with her cheese-bread! very fresh tasting and the pizza was very well cooked. lots of toppings, good chew on the crust.

This place was exactly what I was looking for today! the salad was tasteful and the meat on the salad was tender and very tasteful. the Baja salad was great and the wings were perfect. satisfied to perfection! can wait to taste the pizza next time.
