Cold Stone Creamery - Conyers

It’s not cheap ice cream but you get what you pay for. It’s a lot and it’s very very good. Lots of flavors and way more toppings than flavors. There’s even a few preset combinations of flavors, like the mint mint chocolate chocolate chip which adds chocolate chips, fudge, and brownie to mint ice cream. Got it in a shake this time but will do it again in a bowl. Was delicious!

I want to share my experience so please read. I am not now nor have I ever been a coldstone employee, not associated with anyone there and was just a customer. As a former food service industry worker myself, I sympathize with these workers for their conditions. We came in to get ice cream on a Saturday night around 6pm. They were absolutely slammed with a line out the door. We waited nearly 40 minutes since the line was so big, everyone brought all their kids, people wanted to try flavors, and everyone wanted pints with mix ins for home, etc. These poor girls were mushing their hands and wrists trying to mix in all your orders on a cold slab with the scoops and I find it incredible that people still complain about waiting so long when you should assume that you will be waiting long when the line is out the door on top of the work it takes to make your orders. I was also shocked at the lack of tipping, is it so hard to give them a couple of dollars when you are already spending starbucks pricing on ice cream for your whole family?

OMG! This smoothie was so goooood. The texture was not lumpy. The berries were chopped up just right. This particular flavor was is very addictive if you love antioxidants I will be coming back very soon. FYI; order ahead to make the process quicker

My fiancé and I went here on January 24, 2022, to grab some ice cream, and it was the best experience we've had. It was clean, quick, and easy to order with the help of the cold stone team. If you enjoy great ice cream, this place is for you.
