Pizza Hut - Conyers

I called this location today around 5:00pm to place a carryout order. Someone picked up the phone several times but my calls were disconnected. I persisted and an employee finally took my order. She did not sound like she was having a good day and I felt as if I was an inconvenience. I arrived at the location within 15 minutes and half of my order was missing. There was one employee arguing with a customer about prices over the phone, another employee trying to explain to a customer at the register why her pizza did not come out as expected, and another working to fix my partially fulfilled order. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience. This is my neighborhood Pizza Hut and I would like to support it more often. Hopefully someone in a position of authority will review customer feedback so adjustments can be made to make customers happy. Happy customers will bring more revenue to your location so it can be a win/win situation for all.

Pizza Hut sigman rd Conyers ga. Sent us burnt breadsticks ,raw dough pazone ,didn?t sauce garlic wings right and my cheese sticks had a orange sauce makeing them soggy and smelled like jalapen?os and was out for delivery over an hours was cold when we called for update was told the driver had 4 other stops ahead of ours wow so our dinner sat in the car for 5 stops very disappointed whole meal was trash

I give reviews for restaurants all the time, so I'm serious when I submit one. I came here today to give a review of the Pizza Hut on Sigman Road because the service was excellent from the person I spoke to on the phone today to the driver. Plus, the pizza was cooked EXACTLY the way I like it! We've been having pizza from this location delivered to us for some years now and we've only had a couple of issues, but they were always apologetic and willing to make it right. That being said, I'm surprised that so many on here have had problems with them!

There is a special for the Edge pizza going on. This location do not have any thin crust; therefore, no special. You are forced to order hand tossed or pan. This is unsatisfactory and a reflection of management or the lack thereof. More so, the Sigman Road location do not have any condiments. I will not be ordering Puzza Hut moving forward. The let down of all time.

Customer service was horrible. After calling to inform them that my wings were left off of the carry out, Larry hung up the phone. When I drove to the store and asked him did we get disconnected or did he hang up. He replied that he hung up. When I asked why he responded because he wanted to. Unfortunately he says that he is the manager and continued to throw the wings across the counter. Due to his lack of professionalism we requested a refund and left. Hopefully the general manager Khairisma can rectify this issue immediately.
