Feedback gevenThe first service of the hostess was strange. she had never heard of open table, seemed upset and was simply rude, as if she were rather somewhere different than working.
Red lobster in conyers must be removed from open table, as I was told that they do not make open table reservations or reservations. it was told that, although red lobster is on open table. when they arrive there, they simply put them in the order that they have arrived with all the others who have no reservation. that doesn't make sense. but I spoke to the manager and she was kind enough to put us this time right away. she said she had no reservations. so that
Overall terrible experience. had a reservation of 6:30 o'clock. we did not sit until 7:55. the insulting point was the fact that a party of 4 and another party of 3 was set before us. both came in and checked for us. I stood at the Hostess stand and heard both parties requesting tabular after check-in. what is the point of an open seat priority seat reservation if they are only pressed behind all others? then, after sitting down and ordering appetizers at the same time (we didn't want to wait any longer) my appetizer was dropped on the floor from my waitress. I had to wait until someone else was ready and served me. drinks too long to be served. then the icing on the cake was my escape had not had the right side of it and the broccoli was well cooked over. I had to send it back and wait for the right side. our waitress did her best, but she was clearly overworked. as I originally waited for our table, I heard the hostess and manager say a few times that many employees cried sick, it was the holidays season, and they were heavily underoccupied. I understand that and know that the dings are rough during this pandemic, but if the dings are so bad, they should limit the amount of people they serve or simply close to those nights.
Nice service but it still was a1 hour wait with the open table reservation and I didn’t receive my points after checking in
The time between drinks and food was long, and the filled flounder was overwhelming to say the least. They plated a bush of fried Brussels sprouts next to the Flounder shoot, so it seemed as if my duck was sprouts.
