No ice told my man if someone had been behind him, he would not have been able to get a cheese quesadilla. then said a cheese quesadilla is the same proce as a chicken quesadilla. so is meat free?
By far the worst experience I have had at a chipotle I have been here many times and we have always had a good experience. However on this visit two separate employees were rude and dismissive. I will not be returning to this location. If management is not training employees to be friendly then something is broken.
When a customer has a problem they do NOT want to speak to a operator who can’t even pass us through to a HUMAN BEING so we can get an order fixed or if you are DoorDashing extra of something. It’s apart of the job to ANSWER THE PHONE. Do better.
Friend came to town and took her here last night 5pm. Not busy. Food and service were good. But, as we got up to the counter to order...the paper signs were still taped up due to the coin shortage- we only accept card or EXACT change So, I watched the lady in front of us use plenty of coins -thinking she was helping. Then my friend used change, then I paid with cash and coins as well. But, obviously the coin shortage is not an issue anymore. It's December 2021. I'm guessing plenty of other patrons have used coins this year- enough to provide this establishment with change. So, why still continue to pass along this inconvenience to loyal customes? I'm guessing it's some issue with management? Please change your signage to reflect that you simply do not make change. Just put it out there.
