Cicis - Cookeville

This is a great all you can eat pizza place, with decent salad and pasta bar. If your pizza isn't there odds are they will make it fresh for you.

We went there this evening around 4:30pm. The lady at the counter was not very friendly. Our 1st stop was the salad bar and the lettuce was brown like it was old. There was literally only about 3 kinds of pizza to choose from. As far as dessert there was some cinnamon rolls and the apple stuff and they both had been there since before we got there. I only saw 2 employees in the whole place. The girl making the pizzas (the same one that was at the counter) seemed like she was more concerned with making orders that were called in than she was about putting fresh pizzas on the buffet. I usually love cici's but the only thing I enjoyed here today was the Alfredo sauce. Not sure if I will go back

I have been to Cici’s in more cities than I can count and this one, hands down, is the cleanest and has the highest quality and variety of pizza than any I have ever been to. I went during lunch today and even with the rush there was never a shortage of variety and quantity on the buffet. Hats off to these guys, highly recommend!! Didn’t know the Cici’s could have quality like this!

This is my favorite Cicis. We went here yesterday and I tried the new spicy chicken pizza and it was OFF THE HOOK. I don't frequent Cicis often cause of my diet but when I stop in at this location it's always good and fresh, especially at rush times. Can't get enough of it all and those cinnamon rolls, we all know are fantastic. Great place to eat after church, totally worth it.Kid-friendliness: Cool little arcade

Friendly staff, good pizza, they keep the restaurant clean.
