Dunkin' - Cookeville

Many of the one-star reviews seem to come from entitled customers. Remember, it's a Dunkin'; they won't have fresh donuts available after 10 AM because all of them are made in a warehouse and shipped out. If you're looking for fresh pastries, consider going to Big O's or Ralph's instead and leave the hardworking staff alone. They might be running low on food or donuts because, surprise surprise, our country is experiencing widespread supply issues. Let's be a bit kinder and, instead of complaining, let the employees know that they're doing a great job. If you notice them moving slowly or looking overwhelmed, recognize their efforts and encourage them! They might be tired from working in an understaffed environment, a situation that many businesses are still grappling with post-pandemic. To the team at Dunkin', if you happen to see this, keep up the great work! You've got this, and things will improve in time. Thank you for your hard work!

I'm the type of person who enjoys snacking on bacon in the morning, but I also like to bring a couple of donuts for my coworkers. The service here is consistently quick, friendly, and engaging. It's a lovely place, even before the sun comes up! :D

My grandson ordered a butter pecan iced coffee and a toasted bagel, while I opted for a buttercream-filled pastry. It took a few minutes, but everything was delicious! The staff were really nice too!

Dunkin' serves classic coffee that people either love or dislike, but they also offer excellent, straightforward light lunch options, making it a perfect stopover. Personally, I really enjoy their iced coffee and avocado toast.
