My son chose Venison, perfectly cooked. The restaurant is very attractive in a great setting. Staff extremely helpful & friendly. Recommend you try a Cocktail. Will visit again before I leave the area.
Beautiful setting just south of Cooma's township. The food is great. Simple, changing menu with a handful of selections for each course. Big servings - you will not leave hungry!!
My wife with one of her friends and myself stopped for a late lunch on Sunday and were surprised by the good menu and service. Two little flaws are the very small tables for 3 people and the fact all we were offered was a single menu for the three of us making it difficult to order in a timely manner. However once we did place our orders we were very pleasantly surprised at the very high quality of food. I went for the burger and got it with fries that tasted like real potatoes and very moreish but that was not to be. My wife had the trout salad and I reckon it would get the title of the best salad around. My wife's friend had the pasta dish and found it up to eth same standard are the other meals. Be careful if drinking their mint tea as it is very appealing and tempting to drink more than one glass or at least that is what the ladies told me who stuck with the usual thing a beer from their own in house distillery.Great pace to stop for a good meal. I highly recommend it.
Dropped in for lunch with the family. After walking through the small opening in the old stone wall we were very surprised how quite and well set out this place is. Plenty of room for the kids to run and nice setting so close to Cooma. the food was great especially the platters and a good price, service was friendly and quick. The only letdown were the ontap beers, we tried the ginger beer, IPA and Red ale, all well pretty terrible, the worst being the ginger beer/watery ginger flavored alcohol. But I don't think this should be a reflection on the restaurant as it was amazing and we will definitely be back, just ordering bottled beer.
Once past the top of the hill, keep a look out for the driveway on the left that leads tot he car park for the Atrium and Catcher and Co distillery.Overcast day so we needed fueling up. Drinks from the distillery to start, delivered to our table.Fire set and throwing out a bit of heat. The the garlic prawns with rice was delicious and full of flavour. So was the Atrium burger. A substantial tasty meat pattie that was juicy enclosed in a bu with a generous amount of salad. The fries on the side were "just right". A steady business over lunch time. Great setting, terrific food. Leave room for dessert as the menu read REALLY well. Friendly staff.
