Chick-fil-a - Coon Rapids

That's by far the best Chick-fil-A I've ever had. the food is delicious and fresh every time. I am always welcome with smiles and friendliness, the second I have in the door too foot. this location has amazing love to detail and even has fresh flowers on every table. I love that they focus on building up community. I have been here for years and have experienced the dedication that the leadership team is investing in all the employees. I even met many of the team members here and heard their stories. they are all amazing people. even if seasonal employees are left and new ones are set, this location still has first-class service. Chick-fil-A also has one of the best apps I've ever used. it is easy to earn points for free eating, and they will get even gifted tasty now and then. I used a free reward yesterday for a chocolate chunk brownie, and it was amazing (although the cookies are still my go-to when I have a sweet tasty bite.) I usually get 3 chicken strips with a Dr.Pepper, but all I'm trying is amazing! the seasonal peppermint shake is a favorite of me. Normally I am too eager to make a photo, but I have to share a few on my camera roll.

They were pouring cream and crumbling on every shake and I asked no one. then when they realized what they did. they have taken off my whipped cream and cherry and served me. I think they should get rid of the whole thing and give all the fresh shakes. my man found a piece of makkaroni under his sandwich and the cheese was not melted. has not tasted salt on the pommes.

I love chick felt eating is amazing. but I always, every time I dine in, take out and order delivery. always have a problem with my order. I always miss a whole meal and it is so annoying to call and explain what happened, go back and get what I miss or miss her a meal, and have to wait to get the meal replaced for another time.

I order a sandwich with a gluten free bun and I get home and eat it, finding out that it’s not gluten free and now I’m sick and probably will be sick for several days. The person that took my order repeated it back to me so I thought it was fine but it wasn’t. Absolutely ridiculous that I even have to write this. Never coming back. You guys should be sued
