Havana's Cuban Cuisine - Cooper City

Phenomenal last stop on our little vacay! Food was so good, family atmosphere Rafael took care of us, he made it an experience.

I went for my birthday. The experience was amazing.

The food was pretty good, that's all though.We asked if we could sit outside, (there were plenty of empty tables) they said no. We asked if they could adjust the temperature because we were all cold, they said no.The only reason we stayed is because this place was recommended to us.Our server was not attentive at all. He took our order and disappeared! Never came back to see if we needed anything. Every time we needed anything we asked the lady who picked up the unused dishes.The gratuity was added to the check, maybe that's why the server didn't do anything else but take our order, no need to work for a tip if it's already included. It crossed my mind to say something about that but we just wanted to go.We felt unwelcomed and uncomfortable. At least the food was good but I doubt I'd ever go back.

The food is really good and the atmosphere is perfect (with good music) but what really impressed me and my family was the service. Kudos to the entire staff. They know how to treat customers.
