The Melting Pot - Cooper City

This is a fantastic and unique dining spot that I highly recommend trying! My husband and I visited to celebrate our 12th anniversary and were eager to try something different. Our server, Stephanie, was delightful and provided great recommendations. Every dish was excellent and perfectly seasoned. I would give this place a 10/10 and will definitely come back again!

The experience was enjoyable, with excellent service and delicious food. My kids really loved participating in the cooking process. I can easily see how it would also be a fantastic outing with friends, allowing for a wonderful time together.

Our waiter was friendly and helpful, but we noticed there was a long delay each time he left our table—about 20 minutes each time! Our pot was boiling when he finally came back to take our order, but we had to wait another 20 minutes just to get our waters. After that, we waited even longer for our cheese, and our salads took ages to arrive as well. He came back 20 minutes after that just to refill our waters. Overall, the timing between our courses and refills was far too long. We were seated at 8:30 PM and didn't leave until after 10:30 PM! If I decide to return, I will definitely mention the slow service to management. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch our waiter’s name, but this experience could have been a lot better. Just saying!

The California salad was amazing! Our sever was knowledgeable and provided his best recommendations. It was not crowded when we went. The drinks were delicious, however it was like drinking juice(barely alcohol in it). The concept was fun. I had the 4course(cheese fondue, salad, entree, chocolate fondue). The employees there were funny, presentable, and nice. There’s amelting pot backdrop for picture taking. You are provide with multiple dipping sauces to enhance the flavor of your meats afterboiling them. I recommend using them. Depending on your seat, the steam from the pot can be troublesome. Only wish the ventingsystem was better. Myself and another table had this issue. Otherwise, I recommend the Melting Pot.
