Salvinos - Cooper Township

We had a pretty large order, 8 meals. We just got into town after a 25 hr trip and had not eaten a real meal all day. I ordered online and left instructions for no onions on 1 burger and no mushrooms on another burger. When I arrived they told me it would be 10 more min because they were busy and our order was large. No worries, I went to Wal-Mart to get some things we needed and came back 30 min later. She said our order still wasn't ready because she realized when checking it we were missing our chicken tenders. I said no worries and asked if I could check the rest of the order to be sure it was all there. We were actually missing another meal and fries out of a different meal. Then when checking the burgers they had mushrooms and onions melted into the cheese. She said when we put it in the notes online it does not show on the receipt they print out?? I asked if she could remake them she said it would be another 15 min. I said nevermind, half of our meals were cold at this point already. I had high hopes for this restaurant and was a bit disappointed with the food for the amount paid.

I ordered the deluxe pizza minus the green peppers BUT add banana peppers Charged extra Got it home no banana peppers Called “slice” customer service Could not understand her and could not find the order I know it’s only $2.00 but customer service sucked I love Salvinos food but come on Plainwell

Over priced and subpare, it's a nice place but I think the buffet is over priced and so is the food. I ordered a burger and honestly it was probably the driest burger I have ever had. I think as an establishment that charges such an excessive amount of money, you should at least serve good food. I will say their fries were good but a $2.99 substitute over chips.

The place is amazing the employees there are amazing very friendly kind people and they have amazing food

We had a large group for a birthday and all diners were very pleased
