Bp Truckstop - COOPERS PLAINS

The restrooms need to be cleaned more frequently; they appear to have not been attended to in months. It's quite unpleasant!

The staff's behavior was rude, and they seemed unsure of how to handle customer interactions. A bald male employee who worked on December 19, 2023, at 5:45 PM was particularly unhelpful.

I had a terrible experience at this BP location. The young male staff member was very rude.

This young boy behind the counter needs a new job where he doesn’t need any knowledge where he doesn’t have to deal with the customers. Such a such a pathetic person to deal with no greetings no basic manners zero professionalism. There were no sanitising wipes no sanitiser not even in the store stated by this person. Zero knowledge about qantas points. So so so bad. I don’t know his name but he is serving right now there.
