Little Caesars Pizza - Coopersville

About a month ago, I visited to buy pizzas for our employees and encountered rudeness from the manager for no apparent reason. I remained polite, assuming he was simply having a tough day. Recently, my husband went there to purchase more pizzas for our staff, only to be met with the same rude behavior from the same manager, again without any justification. We have decided not to return to this Little Caesars while he is working there, as we do not appreciate being treated in this manner.

I usually grab this pizza when we need something quick, but it becomes quite challenging when the pizza isn't cut. I'm not just talking about it not being cut completely; I mean it wasn't cut at all. I'm not typically one to write reviews and would usually overlook this as a one-time mistake, but given that it has happened in 2 out of my last 3 orders, it's become quite frustrating. This was for takeout service.

Simon C. Was completely disrespectful on the phone when I called to order a pizza. Laughed and made fun of my last name. Then charged my kid 4 dollars more than what he told me my total was going to be, and didnt give her any change or reciet. Which leads me to reasonable thinking of he didn't ring the pizza in and pocketed my money. And then we get the pizza and it was completely all the cheese and shifted to one side there wasn't any toppings on it which we ordered it was complete messed so I went back into return it and he asked me if I had my receipt laugh out loud place is a joke

If you want hair in your food go to this location. I ordered pizza for dinner and when i arrived home my wife was eating her first slice while i was on my 3rd when she noticed she had a piece of hair in her pizza. Definately dont recommend comming here as the pizza itself was also soggy to the point you couldnt even lift the slice out of the box. Overall this was the worst pizza i ever ordered. I forced myself to eat 2 slices and my throat began closing up due to an allergic reaction my assumption is sumone has an animal they dont leave alone before work. Please for the love of the pizza industry close the doors and reevaluate your motivations for business in our community because it really does seem like you dont care at all about our health and wellness. What if it is a human hair and they had an std if we contract it from your negligence thats still your fault. Please figure out how you can do better as a pizza establishment.
