Cafeine - Coorparoo

My partner and I both really enjoyed this place for breaky. Would say it is one of the top breakies we have had in Brissy - and we are big foodies so that is a big call. Both of our meals were delicious. I couldn't decide between the baked eggs or the veggie plate so they gave me the best of both worlds. The mr had the big breaky and said the potato hash was to die for. Also they made my cappuccino with a decent amount of froth (rather than the flat white with chocolate dusting I've been getting these days).

We had previously stopped by for a couple of chilled coffees which were very nice so we thought we would pop in for breakfast one morning. For moderate prices for breakfast the food we received was disappointing. The avo on toast we far from good with slightly under ripe avocado and a distinct lack of seasoning. Perhaps the most disappointing part was the coffee. The milk in the lattes was burnt and the coffee was equally as burnt. Given how many cafes there are in the area I would recommend going elsewhere.

We've been buying takeaway coffees from here for a while and thought we should try out their breakfast, which I am so glad we did! I had the smashed avo and it was definitely one of the best I've had. The feta on top, the crispy sourdough bread and the dukkah just adds to the amazing flavour! Their smoothies are divine as well. It was such great value for money as well, so reasonably priced with so many different options to suit everyone! The staff were all so friendly and happily accommodated my partner's request as he had just had a tooth pulled out so wanted something soft, so the chef kindly looked after us. We will be back, our new local breakfast spot!

Amazing coffee (love a big cup of coffee) , delicious food and fantastic service all make for an enjoyable experience.

This was a little unexpected find, plenty of free parking at the back or on the street. Quick and easy service, great cooked breakfast food and wonderful friendly staff. Worth a try.
