Cootamundra's Indian Restaurant

Nicely decorated, but could could have done with a little more ambience, such as Indian music and a few object d'arts. It must have been a Hindu restaurant because no beef was offered. We had lamb rogan josh, palak paneer, boiled rice, garlic naan and mango pickle. It was very tasty and enough for us, but if you are a big eater it would have been better to order another dish, as the dishes they were served in were little brass Balti curry dishes.

Once named 'Cootamundra Indian Restraunt' now named 'Welcome Indian Cuisine' under both names they had wonderful food and I come back all the time for a taste of India!

The restaurant is just off the main street, so you do have to look for it, but the food is worth the effort. We had 3 curries and each one was great. The restaurant is BYO, and there is a BWS bottle shop just around the corner. Well worth a visit if you like good Indian food.

Its really a waste of money in welcome indian restaurent cootamundra(NSW). Food is so bad no words to explain. Its a worst experience ever ,DO NOT EVEN THINK TO TRY.

We got take away, but the restaurant looks lovely. The service was great, very friendly and the food amazing. Rogan Josh was tasty and tender with just the right amount of spice. Next time we will eat in.
