Scoffs Cafe - Copeland

This restaurant review is extremely negative. The reviewer paid £5 for a takeout order of pie, peas, and gravy and found the food to be of very poor quality. The pie lacked flavor, the pastry was undercooked, the peas were very hard, and the gravy was thin and flavorless. The reviewer even mentions that their dogs refused to eat the food. They suggest that a lot of effort must have gone into making the meal so bad. They express concern about the rest of the menu, speculating that if this meal was so poorly executed, the other dishes must be even worse.

I visited Scoff with two coworkers and tried the sausage, black pudding, and egg baguette. It was absolutely delicious! While waiting for my meal, I had a pleasant conversation with one of the owners, who was very friendly. Their communication skills were top-notch, which is hard to come by nowadays. I highly recommend Scoff for a special treat day. The baguette was packed with incredible flavors.

I have visited Scoffs multiple times and I cannot understand how anyone could give a negative review. The food is always delicious and made fresh, with a great selection of choices. The farmers breakfast is amazing. I could go on praising this cafe, but I suggest trying it for yourself. You won't be let down.

Poor quality food for the price, full monty breakfast for that price they charge you would expect decent sausages not deep fried poor quality ones which you find in Aldi’s frozen section 10 for a £1, and tinned mushroom which were terrible. I’ve give 2 stars which is very generous, First and last time I go.

Great cafe..excellent takeaway service..catering also available..food is lovely n fresh..Cakes.are Huge! central location on Cleator Moor..highly recommend..salad boxes..you chose what you want..menu on the blackboard...would take ages to read lol..very helpful staff..lovely n clean too as you can see food prep areas ..
