Nuova Grottella - COPERTINO

This has been the worst experience in the area. We just wanted a simple meal, steak, mixed grill, cold meat platter, chips (french fries) and tempura vegetables. All these were served haphazardly, uncoordinated. I was served my steak without the accompaniments, which arrived after I had finished my steak. My husband’s meal arrived after I had finished. Basically we took turns eating. The meat was tough as leather. The staff was unresponsive throughout the ordeal. We arrived early so there was not an excuse of being understaffed. Obviously we will not return. The price was the only thing that was acceptable.

Open space and good kitchen. i loved this place. room really cleaned and cheap. park outside. green everywhere. one beautiful ancient church at your side. city not so far. owner antonio really kind and helpful. i will come back
