Feedback gevenBowl was very, very soupy. Used to love Chipotle, but last few times have been disappointing.
I was told the steak would be ready in 5 minutes. I ordered the rest of my food and waited over 12 minutes on the steak to be ready. I asked the rude Manager, Roxanne, if someone can re-make the rest of my food since it’s now cold and she was so rude and refused. I tried to get a refund for my meals but the Cashier lost one of my receipts so they charged me $10.32 and I walked out with no food. I called Corporate and gave them my order for a refund but they haven’t responded.
Typically not one to complain, but I came into this location for my lunch break today. Tables were dirty. Literally wiped my table off with a napkin before I sat down. Half way through my burrito I had a weird texture in a bite. I observed a strip of plastic glove inside my burrito. I was baffled. My first thought was I basically had someone’s hand germs in my mouth and the first half of the burrito I had consumed. Never in my life would I think to worry about that. I’m assuming that this occurred when my burrito was being folded and rolled, but there is no telling. I’m willing to understand that accidents happen, but that doesn’t give me faith in the quality control of this establishment. I can say the positive side of this experience is the manager was very understanding and I was refunded for my purchase. Next time, I’ll probably just get a bowl to reduce the risk of macro plastics being incorporated into my diet.
AVOID THIS LOCATION. Absolutely filthy. Staff rude food quality sub-par and out of many items.
