Hat Creek Burger Company- Coppell

Only been twice, but both times got order wrong despite being entered correctly by the cashier. Tonight, asked manager to get correct items and missing items from my order after it was brought to the table. 20 minutes later, nothing. Went up to ask for a refund and no one could find the manager. Left and won't be back. Way too expensive for the level of service. Just get Whataburger.

A great place with great food! If tou have kids, this is a great place to let them play while you relax and eat.

Good, gluten free food. Fun atmosphere for families. Service is SO slow- stood at the register for 15 minutes tonight waiting to order then another 20 for some fries and a kids meal for my daughter. This has happened every time we’ve been here, so definitely not an anomaly. Also, if you’re ordering online, they never actually make the food until you get there to pick it up. Again- good food but horribly slow. If you want fast food this isn’t fast at all.

Salad is awesome, food is fresh and good. Never had bad service. Wouldn 't recommend it if you don 't have kids, 'cause they 're everywhere!Only reason for 4 stars is that sometimes there are no paper towels, or it 's slightly a mess. But with a place that caters to kids, (there were over 30 on playground today) it 's somewhat expected.Vegetarian options: Not muchbin the way of vegetarian options; it 's a burger joint.Kid-friendliness: Kids love it, and a lot of parents and teams are always here.

Hat creek was awesome. Never knew they were around my area till I typed in burgers near me. Ordered twice already within last 8days. Burgers are top notch. So is customer service and cleanliness of the restaurant and Damn those burgers were great. My wife got the southwest and was amazing and she never prefers burgers. Well, Hatcreek changed her mind. She loves it. We will be back for the third time within a couple weeks no doubt.
