Storm King Lounge - Copper Mountain

The service was great, Dave was our waiter and he was fast and always to visit our needs. The sushi was great and the drinks were made perfect. There were 6 of us and we had all our food in less than 20 minutes order. I will definitely return to my next trip :

Sushi was what you can expect being away from the ocean and a major airport. We arrived a little before 6 which was perfect- after that a flood of people came in bogging down the waiters. Sushi was pretty good- trio salad was awesome. Hot sake was exactly what you can expect.

Bento Box is delicious and cheap for lunch! Miso soup is as close to miso in Japan as I came in years. Great location.

We were very happy with our meal. The reels and Sashimi were very good and I loved the miso soup with a kick (optional). The sushi bar was slamed, but everyone was apologetic. It was worth it, there was fun live music and that made the evening very pleasant. So beautiful, away from burgers and pizza.

For the first time I left a review, but I thought I was supposed to read several of the others. Waiting times on the mountain can be waited for over an hour for 4 tacos in another restaurant only the other night. We were looking for a more beautiful place to scare the reviews about this place almost us, but we decided to try it anyway. It was New Year's Eve the place was busy, but we arrived early enough to sit right away. They apologized for waiting. The waitress gave us something Edamame on the house to say apology, although waiting wasn't so long. Our food was sporadic. I got my first, and the food of my date came later with the sushi rolls. Fortunately, she had edamame to munch, so she encouraged me to eat. I had a special muscle in a Thai curry sauce that was fantastic. My date had the rams and really liked it. The sushi rolls were small, but they were both extremely good. All in all we left very satisfied and had eaten and paid within an hour of arrival. I'm sure the other reviews are waiting for about 2 hours, but I felt that I would let people know that they can have a very positive experience here. Set your expectations accordingly, and you can just come amazed and happy.
