Chipotle Mexican Grill - Copperas Cove

If you're a health-conscious mom like me, Chipotle is the place to go. The staff is friendly, the restaurant is clean, and the burritos and bowls are delicious! I just enjoyed a fantastic Barbacoa bowl with a side of tortilla, extra meat, and all the toppings. Every time I visit, I have a wonderful experience. The staff is attentive, and the food is incredibly tasty. I definitely recommend this location. Thanks, Chipotle!

The burrito I had was honestly incredibly tasty. The only reason I'm taking away a star is that they forgot to include the queso for my chips.

I absolutely love Chipotle, and I usually rate it five stars. I often enjoy a burrito bowl during the day, but I had a disappointing experience when I tried to get one for dinner. For the second time, I ordered at night, and they served me very small portions in my bowl, and it was cold. After two disappointing experiences, I won’t be ordering from Chipotle during the night anymore. It seems like they just don’t know what they’re doing.

Great place for vegetarians and vegans. Don't forget the chips and Queso. Great place to hang even after a long bike tour.

I understand training new people is part of the process. A little advice, please train them to use good judgment when preparing food especially if you're paying $8+ for a bowl with just chicken, white rice, and cheese in it. There's no reason for the bowl to be only half way full.
