The customer service at this restaurant is poor, with slow and delayed service. Wait times are longer than usual, especially late at night after 8 o'clock. Disappointing experience overall.

This A&W location is the worst. The staff show no regard for proper hygiene practices when handling food, and they frequently make mistakes with orders.

The A&W restaurant is good. The food is tasty and they give a generous portion of fries. The service is efficient, especially for a fast food place.

Worst customer service. I ordered the LTO Nashville chicken sandwich to give it a try. I waited for a long 15 mins to get my food and very disappointed as my french fries were cold and for my sandwich, the bun was extremely soggy. luckily the chicken itself was good. Overall, i wont be coming back to this location. ??

I work near here, the last 2 meals were barely warm. Food must sit around. Won't go again, waste of money.
