Pappa Leo's Pizza - Coquitlam

This is our regular Friday night go to meal. Pappa Leo's has the best pizza, fresh ingredients, fast delivery and amazing staff. I cant say how much I love having them close by. Their customer service is absolutely fantastic. They made an error on a couple of our orders (they weren't huge errors by any means) and the next time we ordered they compt our meal. You just cant get service like that anymore. And we weren't even expecting that or anything like that. We are Pappa Leo's Pizza eaters for life.

This place is not cleanDoes this reflect on their food? I'd say yes it's nothing to rave home about.

Terrible pizza, barely any cheeseDry and way to much crust in comparison to topping ratio.

We ordered for delivery and specified debit on the phone when asked. The delivery came and the guy said the debit machine just ran out so we had to pay money. We had to scrape around to pay enough money for pizza and... half lasagna with dry, excessively crispy garlic bread that cut my gums when I puncture them. Usually not so disappointing...

The frozen lasagna was watery, bland, and tasteless when cooked. The wings were small, overcooked, and lacked flavor. When we reached out to address our concerns, we were rudely told to go elsewhere. We only tried this pizza place once for a quick family meal, but we will not be returning. It's best to avoid this establishment and seek out other restaurants that truly value their customers and can cook properly.
