Pizza Factory - Coquitlam

I used to work near Pizza Factory, but I won't disclose the exact location. The owner and co-workers were very friendly. I never had any issues with them, even with deliveries. Last night, I ordered a Hawaiian pizza, a Caesar salad, and two liters of Pepsi. The pizza didn't taste good, and the drink was not Pepsi, but a different brand. I'm not sure why my meal didn't taste as good as it used to.

We order a combo of pasta and pizza over the phone. When we arrived order was hot and ready. One of the best spaghetti I have had from a fastfood restaurant. Definitely will come back again.

We consistently enjoy the food at this restaurant. The customer service is good, and our food was delivered on time by a polite delivery person.

Today, my wife and I decided to try out a new restaurant for our pizza order. I have ordered delivery from other Pizza Factory locations many times without any issues. However, this will be the first and last time I order from this particular location. Both of the specialty pizzas we ordered were overcooked, one even tasting almost stale as if it had been made a long time ago. The barbecue wings came with the sauce on the side, which was surprising. The ham and pineapple pizza had very few pineapple pieces, so few that we could count them on one hand. Overall, it was a mistake to order from this place. There are plenty of other good pizza spots in the area. In fact, I believe I could get better pizza from my local grocery store. It is disappointing to pay $30.00 to $45.00 for such low-quality food. As a result, they have lost me as a customer and I will not be ordering from them again.

However, this will be the first and last time I will order from this location. Two "Specialty Pizza's" and both overcooked. In fact, one Pizza was almost stale as if it was made up a very long time ago. The barbeque wings came with sauce on the side. Wow! The ham and pineapple pizza had so little pineapple on top you could count the pieces on one hand! What a mistake. Too many good places to order Good Pizza around here. If really stuck I can get better pizza from my local grocery store when compared to tonight's order. There really is no excuse for pushing out this kind of product when one pays $30.00 to $45.00 for it! You lost me as a customer. Never again!
