I purchased a sandwich at this establishment and paid in cash, totaling 19 cents. When I asked the clerk for change for a dollar and placed 75 dollars on the table, he did not listen and proceeded to talk loudly to a colleague. Ignoring the customer's request is unacceptable, and communication should always be a priority. As I do not speak English fluently, I felt embarrassed and left feeling disappointed by their behavior. The lack of attention from the Indian lady working there left me feeling upset.
The vegetables were freezer burned and limp. There were still ice on the metal trays. Not a great experience for a restaurant that prides itself on fresh ingredients.
They always load up the sub, never cheap on ingredients
THIEVES! Placed an order online for pick up. My boyfriend went to pick up the order and they only had 1x combo for me, not 2x. Total was over $30. Manager tried to say that it cost that much because of extra toppings. Said they couldn't refund me... that I had to cancel through the app. Which was impossible because the order was in a completed status. Long story short, they got over $30 from me, and we got ZERO subs. Needless to say, never ordering from them again. Jokes on them... that was 2 years ago. I used to order 2x sub combos every Sunday. Over the duration of 2x years, I reckon that's cost them over $3000. Not to mention, for the last 2x years I've been telling EVERYONE my story about how Subway ripped me off (and I'll continue doing so until the end of time).
