This seems to be new ownership/management and although the service is fine/friendly, the prices have gone up significantly, which sure has happened everywhere, but now they even charge $1.20 for extra sauce, which is egregious, not to mention every single time I ask and pay for it it’s nowhere near ‘extra’. They also charge over $4 for extra chicken, again not much extra definitely not to the value I’m paying. Unfortunately the old management at least made the food great and was worth the $16 I used to pay. Now it’s $21.50 and the quality is worse and quantity is less too, I’ve gone 7-8 times under the new management to give it a fair chance but it’s been disappointing for the cost. Hope they work on improving quality and value for money, I’ll be a happy customer even at current prices if I at least get what I pay for.
I honestly don't understand the bad reviews on Thai Express. I ordered Pad Thai with beef as a meat option. I had chosen the spice level to be a little spicy, and it was the perfect amount of spice. I also ordered six pieces of fried wings, which, let me be honest, were ok, but I wouldn't get them again. It wasn't astonishing that its wings you can easily fry up at home and eat with sweet chilli sauce, but other than that, I would definitely go back to Thai Express!

The pad Thai was super lame. It was only noodles in sauce. I opted for tofu and got these gross shriveled things. Nothing else was added like any veggies, peanuts, a lime wedge, normal pad Thai items. Never again, $15 for just noodles is insulting. They also prompt you for a tip before they start making your food so maybe they make it worse if you don't tip. Service: Take out
Horrible! I ordered green beef curry . The sauce is not right the rice is too hard. Hurts my teeth biting the rice.
