I recommend the chocolate croissant and made home orange cranberry muffin. hard to believe everything at $2. the load makes fun with a subway train in the inner. the personal is friendly and allows them to try everything. great addition to miami. there is a sign that they open a new location in the university of miami.
We love coffee in our family, especially the flavored ones, so we had been wanting to try the new fixpresso place. The place had only one customer when we walked in, we thought it strange since it's in Miracle Mile. The decor was cool, looked retro, the employee was friendly, however, got to be honest. We asked if they could add caramel to the macchiato, the employee told us that they don't do added flavors, bummer. Anyways, we ordered two macchiatos, and somehow got two tiny espressos. Bitter, didn't come with any sugar. Added sugar, still didn't taste right, the muffins weren't that great either. Great idea on the fixed price, just would be better if flavors and whipped cream were on the menu. People would happily pay a little more for them. Life is better when good things are added, so is coffee.
What an interesting place! this is a new franchise of great coffee, pastor and eat for only $2!. yes, everything is only $2. interestingly, this load replaced the dietucks that were here earlier, but then to a larger (and more beautiful) location not too far pulled. however, fixpresso makes the same big drinks and ingenious baked for $2. I recommend this place and I'm a Starbucks fan. but seriously if they try in the opposite fixedpresso!
The coffee was gooood!!! The employee polite. As for the bagels, they were stiff felt old (ironic that there's an Einstein's bagel bext door) you'd think they want their bagels fresh. The ambiance is nice, the indoor decor is very unique loved it. Only thing that wasn't optimal was the employee (only 1) was playing music with profanity (we had kids present). Besides that, I really liked it for coffee only. I tried the brownie, not great, felt stale. Apparently the manager or owner showed up later and very attentive happy.
Unless you already have a ton of customers, there's a reason why a fixed price scheme doesn't work; you normally have to sacrifice quality. This exactly the case with this place. Croissants and coffee tasted pretty bad. Moreover, the person in charge treated their employees pretty crappy. Not a good atmosphere
