Boston Market - Coral Springs

Really clean and relaxing restaurant. The line moved quickly and the service was also quite good. I had the 3 pieces dark and the children's meal. The chicken was nice and juicy and the sides were also really good.

I have previously published an unfavourable assessment. The food was bad, the staff was not trained and moderately good. I've always loved Boston Market and has been a loyal patron for years. I visited the restaurant recently as this is one of the few “fast” options available. What a difference! Their hot sides were not only filled up, but fresh. A friendly staff welcomed my son and I as we stood to order. I saw that the manager came out of the kitchen to help as they were busy for dinner rush. I informed him about my previous experience and the bad review I published. Then I continued to compile him and the team for the “180” turnaround. He told me that they have made great changes, including improving training for team members. I told him I would update my review. I'm glad they made the corresponding changes and listened to their customers. The food was delicious and my family will certainly add that this will take the week “rotation!”

This was my first visit to this restaurant and had no great expectations due to the reviews. We were pleasantly surprised by attentive and friendly staff who welcomed us immediately upon arrival. I ordered the main rib, which was well seasoned and perfectly cooked. I ordered medium my wife well and we were both happy with our meals. I'm looking forward to returning.

This is my place for a decent meal at least 3-4 x per month. Even ordered secondary dishes for holiday meals. But what happened to your delicious brownies? Once the best but lately dry do not appear, please change the recipe. You fixed something that wasn't broken!

For a quick inexpensive meal I like Boston Market. Ordering at the counter is okay, you get to watch the servers put your order together and there's never a long wait. An ample menu offers enough of a variety. I usually stick with their roasted chicken, although their baked ham or meat loaf are pretty good too. Its Fast Food so keep that in mind, as this obviously isn't gourmet dining.
