The first time I tried Checkers and enjoyed my Burger. Person Work Drive thru was helpful and friendly

It was Monday 12:30. I wasn't happy with my food. I ordered a double cheeseburger and a spicy chicken sandwich with small frits through my mobile app. The food really tasted stale. I eat my meal because I was so hungry. The food didn't taste fresh. It was terrible. Chicken sandwich tasted hard and crisp. I called the store manager 5 times and nobody answered. I understand it's late.

This is the second time that I tried to order from Uber that she had havnt milkshakes. Any milkshakes??? Second time, in like two weeks, ITS CHECKERS, FIX THE MILKSHAKE MACHINE!!! the only reason I even order from here, and maybe call the customer before the driver comes to pick it up so you can explain what the situation is. All I wanted was a chocolate milkshake

I waited 30 minutes on this line! The lady said a trace was closed and into the two. Track without possibility to go to communicate my order. This is terrible administration and organization for every institution. I thought the whole point of fast food was to be fast! Please rent better employees who can communicate what is going on! Chic-Fil-A never had such absurd service.

French fries were good and hot. Got 2 Checkers burgers lg &small fries. Lg milkshake, bottle of water. Cost $18.25 Checkers is Rallys where I'm from.
