I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was terrible, and the place was absolutely filthy. The employee who assisted me was wearing headphones and got my order wrong. Additionally, he was quite rude, and I noticed that they were not wearing their masks properly. I would not recommend going here; it's better to choose another option. The franchise owner should really be embarrassed.

This isn't the first time I've ordered something for delivery, but this experience has been particularly frustrating. I was told my order would be delivered, yet it never arrived, and I was still charged for it. This is the first time I've encountered such an issue, and because of it, I will not be using DoorDash again.

Worst Coldstone experience yet. Staff was right in front of me but talking to each other instead of greeting me and starting our order. Maya was helping us and started putting the wrong toppings on mine and was unhelpful when I told her that’s not what I wanted. She said that’s what I said and didn’t seem to mind she was mixing up the wrong ice cream. Flavors tasted off as well. Will avoid this location.

Was quick to resolve an online issue, phenomenal ice cream. Fast service!!
