Cold Stone Creamery - Coral Springs

I don't know why I keep ordering this... I'm not even a big fan of bananas, but it's fantastic! It has a perfect blend of different flavors all in one.

The order was incorrect. The toppings were not what I requested, and one of the flavors was wrong too. My husband placed an order just yesterday, and his order was also incorrect.

The staff at this restaurant do not wear gloves. I give it 1 star. How can they be unaware of the hygiene issues in the world today? The surfaces are uneven, and during my visit, two young employees were not wearing any gloves. Additionally, the girl who handled the ice did not have a hairnet on. It's concerning.

This place is quite dirty. There are layers of dust on the displays, the cold stone is unappetizing, and items that should be kept cold are simply left out. The staff is lovely, which is the only redeeming quality of the restaurant.

I haven't visited this restaurant in a while, and I can see why. The staff was incredibly rude! I arrived tonight, and neither I nor the woman who came in after me received a proper greeting. The two young men and the young lady on duty seemed uninterested and lacked any sense of urgency. The supposed manager, who was there on 8/4/22, was particularly unfriendly and dismissive. I definitely will not be returning!
