My lunch here was great for my first time Italian Sub was delicious?

My wife and I had lunch here last weekend... the best sub sandwich we've ever had! The owner is very pleasant and proud of what he does. There is a much closer firehouse to our house that we usually visit. Every time the service is terrible, the quality is averaged. During our last visit we asked for a refund after 45 minutes to wait and said we were never back. Fortunately, we found this location. Much further away, but we do the drive. Very recommended. Thank you.

On Sunday afternoon there was a delicious and cozy lunch here. The staff was friendly and made the sandwiches perfect. TV played The Italian Job in a perfect volume that added to the entire experience. Would definitely recommend everyone in the area after a nice quiet lunch.

Just ordered at this location for the first time, and the verdict? Definitely the worst Firehouse Subs I have ever been to. The person taking my order was rude and seemed almost too busy take my order. The hot subs came out cold and tasted gross. No idea why, trying to reheat at home now. Will give it one more try before giving up on this location. If it's this bad next time, I'm asking for my money back, wasted $30+ this time.
