Manhattan Bagel - Coral Springs

Typically a reliable spot. However, today I paid over $8 for a bagel with egg whites and bacon, and there was NO BACON! Please improve your quality control.

I'm not sure what happened to this restaurant; it used to be fantastic. I don't know if the original owner sold the place, but it's definitely gone downhill. The staff behind the counter seem out of touch with the menu, as they got both my order and my girlfriend's order wrong, even after asking us twice what we wanted. What was once a friendly and enjoyable atmosphere has transformed into an uncomfortable environment, serving food that lacks flavor and is overcooked to the point of resembling a hockey puck.

So lately my moms been on a Manhattan bagel kick, she?s obsessed with their turkey club with extra zesty sauce so when she asked me to pick her up I figured I?d review it as well. Manhattan reminds me a lot of Einstein bros the other bagel shop and recentlyI realized they?re own by the same company. They have very similar menu items and some of the decor and font looks the same so Igoogled it and now it all makes sense. So my favorite thing usually is the everything bialy with the nova spread but this timethey didn?t have it, I do definitely recommend having their bialy?s because they?re really good. Their coffee is fantastic andthey even have coffee ice cubes if your an iced coffee lover like myself. Makes me think of Brooklyn water bagels iced coffeecubes only Brooklyn water bagels coffee ice cubes are flavored and they?re so yummy, but back to Manhattan bagel it?s definitelya great breakfast spot to try, and I?ve noticed they have a lot of regulars which is always a great sign. It?s not my favoritelike I love ?bagels and a whole lot more? and there?s something about ?robs bageland? on lake view that always brings me backbut it?s definitely good and a must try if your in the Coral Springs area. But yeah now I?m craving bagels????. Hope you enjoyyour visit if you decide to give them a try! Their service is pretty great!

It seems that management has changed here, as the quality has really declined. This week, I waited over 35 minutes for two croissants and an egg sandwich, which I received cold, and my order was missing a bagel. The sandwich wasn't even toasted. When I brought this to the attention of the staff at the front and asked for a refund, he mumbled that I was wasting his time. I stood there for 40 minutes waiting for breakfast, and somehow, I was the one wasting his time. I used to come here every Saturday and Sunday, and even every day during the pandemic, but that's no longer the case.

Went here as we just moved to the area and saw all the great reviews. So the service was not bad when we went . The person acknowledged us and asked what we would like. I decided to go with egg , cheese and bagel and ordered for my hubby the same butwith bacon. First off the bagels are really delicious. Now for the eggs and cheese and bacon it was really bad. The eggs weremicrowaved and tasted like they came from the carton. The cheese tasted horrible and my husband didn?t like it either. Weordered the bagels on the side which we truly enjoyed. That is why I didn?t give 1 star because we didn?t try the lox and creamcheese or anything else. I would suggest doing better with the eggs because it was not edible .
