Feedback gevenOur server seemed confused and forgetful, as our drinks were never brought to the table. The food arrived cold, and we had to repeatedly request water and other items that were slow to be brought to us. Additionally, we were often left without silverware and had to resort to eating with our hands.
It wasn't there for a while. Prices are no longer a bargain, but not inappropriate. Food was good, not gourmet, but good. Fried dishes tend to spread over bread and a bit greasy, but plentiful portions and quite good taste. The service was great (a large part of the restaurant is not used because they are clearly short occupied). Although there were many open tables, they delayed the seat with a waiting list due to lack of personnel
Wonderful server, very attentive, without floating. Prompt and delicious food preparation. Overall a very beautiful experience.
My friend and I do a monthly dine out and decided to give Red lobster another go, but sadly it was disappointing. I ordered crab, lobster and shrimp platter and my friend just wanted shrimp and lobster. Her shrimp had a funny taste and my crab was bad. Had to constantly ask for things the meal came with , like the butter sauce or even cocktail for the shrimp. Other than that, the cheese biscuits were to perfection and the manager made an attempt to redeem the situation. I unfortunately will not be going back to any red lobster
We waited close to an hour for our food and it was not that good. Not sure what happened this time around. It’s been better in the past.
