They catered Premier Automotive's Christmas celebrations in both 2016 and 2017, and we will definitely be asking them back for 2018. You really can't go wrong with their food! We've tried everything from their wraps to their Jerk Pork dinner, which is so generous that it provides three meals, all of which are absolutely delicious. The Jamaican Me Crazy Chicken Sandwich is a shop favorite, especially when paired with their rice and beans! Honestly, our orders alone could probably keep them in business. Keep up the great work, Island Vybz!"
My mom recently told me about this food truck, and I finally got to try it today. The food is amazing, and the prices are fantastic considering the portion sizes. We ordered the salmon pack and the Caesar pack, and both were enormous. I really enjoyed the fried plankton, and the fries were also quite tasty. The Boom Boom sauce is incredible—definitely a must-try! Just a heads up: it has a bit of a kick to it.
I just had the most amazing food from the island! The pork was incredibly tender and melted in my mouth, the rice and peas were delightful, and the fried plantains were cooked to perfection. It wasn't quite as spicy as what we're used to in Negril, but it was a wonderful meal just the same! Irie!
Island Vybz is a breath of fresh air in the overpriced restaurants of downtown and bar food. The passion to create excellent, authentic food is to be seen in every dish. You won't find this elsewhere in the area to try it out. You'll be amazed.
Definitely 100% satisfied with the jerk chicken wrap! That little bit of spice hit the spot : I have never tried plantains before, and they were amazing! Loved it all, great food for a great price.
