Steak 'n Shake - Coralville

Good and staff are always great. We make a point of eating there whenever we come to town.

Sad to see SnS quality and service deteriorate.Final straw for me was asking for tips at the drive thru window.Culver’s a better experience and value.

Stopped in on a road trip for delicious food and wonderful service. The manager helped carry the food to our table, and a person tidying the restaurant brought my kids entertainment packs. Would 100% stop here again.

Food about as good as Wendy's, not as good as Culver's/Freddy's. Good shakes. Had a great server, but cashier system is a failure. Either have a dedicated cashier or have my server do it.Edit (7 years later): as steakburgers and fries go, still doesn't match up well with Freddy's. It's as far below that as McDonald's is below this. Kiosk system works fine. Burger probably shouldn't have any pink. Will update if it comes up later.
