Danver's - Cordova

I haven't been there for years. It was a very beautiful experience! The steaks were perfectly cooked and the salad bar was very fresh. The salad was so hot! I was very impressed and I will definitely be back... Two up

What can I say? Danvers is a long-standing, popular Memphis accommodation with excellent American/Southern style breakfast and classics. I live now in N. Mississippi and I can't be here as many times as I want, but if I'm in the area, Danvers is a place I want to visit. I usually get a breakfast sandwich. I love her bacon egg and cheese biscuit! Cookies are made fresh in the house and they invite it with eggs with cheese and bacon. The portion size is more than enough and I usually find it hard to finish. No joke that my sandwich was made with at least 3 big eggs, so well worth the price. Drinks (Sodas) are always fresh and not flat. The service is always fast and the staff is always friendly. My recent visit was on Saturday at 840. The dining room in the house was full of large groups and families who enjoy breakfast on a rainy Saturday morning. Several locations in the Memphis area. I recommend giving them an attempt if you have never been. You will not be disappointed!

We love Danvers. It is a must when we are in Cordova. They serve roast beef sandwiches, hamburgers, breakfast, fish, steak and a GREAT salad bar. Their baked potatoes are so good. We both hate a partially raw baked potato. Only once in all the years we have been coming here have we gotten an under cooked potato. Wife likes their burgers. I like the roast beef. But we both love the salad bar. They also have daily specials. Little pricey for lunch. But okay for the occasional lunch.

Delicious food! The price has jumped higher than I remember but it's a good deal! Plus the salad/potato bar is open so you can customize your order toppings.

I visit Danvers a few times a week during breakfast and dinner hours. The food is always cooked to order. My breakfast options are the short stacks with a side of bacon or breakfast on Croissant. The pancakes are big and you can say they are not frozen. The fish plate is also pretty good. And you can never go wrong with the salad bar. Thank you to the cooks, cash registers and managers.
