Krystal - Cordova

Worst experience. they move up to thru and have to wait 5 minutes until someone realizes that I am even there. then finally order and they don't let me order a bit more than 6 krystals because there are only 3 employees today. let me say that there are no other customers and I try to feed a family of six. this crystale situation is the worst. bad running and absolutely unprofessional. I think after 35 years of eating krystals I'm done. will never be eating at krystals again.

The place was dirty inside, the lady bath, the floors, tables and behind the theks. I shouldn't have ordered. eating this crystal has always been good and that was the first time I was in a very long time. it needs a big cleaning. the manager was friendly, but that doesn't make it clean.

This place was pretty good. when I showed up, I was in the line first, so no problems are waiting. for my freshly cooked burgers the small five minutes were not bad. I ate on the parking lot, but notice many wobbles on my order. my daughter took her back and without hire, the manager apologized and made our 12 krystals (we had eaten four of the twelve). It was a little longer waiting, but then the lunch had arrived. she informed my daughter to give her a minute and they would take care of us! that she did. it is hard to find good customer service and they have amazing today! I live at 38125, but if I'm back in the opposite, I'll see by. thanks Krystal staff for a difference in a day they are appreciated!

The card says they open at 6 o'clock. I went to the street at 7 o'clock and they told me they didn't open until 8 o'clock. the lighter in the load were up. I waited at least 10 minutes for the order to answer them and they still said they were closed. it would be helpful if someone released their time here and the door to reflect correct hours when they actually opened at 8 o'clock.

This place needs to be shut down and start completely over. This place is “closed” all the time. Pulled up at 6:30pm and was told they were CLOSED. How are you closed at 6:30? Really? It’s absolutely ridiculous. The employees look like they are enjoying themselves inside not doing anything. That’s stealing dollars from the company. I see the reviews below about Krystal’s being concerned and if they were they’d do something about it. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
