Memphis' Incredible Pizza Company

Ride and game staff was awesome, cashier was less friendly and helpful. Not too crowded (Sunday) and lots of fun things to do. On the pricey side, even with the deal . Buffet was pretty disgusting, roaches in dining area. Restroom was actually fairly clean. Stay away from water gun and claw games unless you want your child to have an epic meltdown.

We always have fun here. The food was good but they definitely made some changes to the place. That was needed especially after what happened up there. They now have security and metal detectors.

First and definitely last time coming here. We recently moved here from Atlanta and I was looking somewhere to take my kids. Needless to say they were not impressed with this place and neither was I. Two of the games we played were inoperable (pictured below)and not sure why the buffet is located right in the middle of the walkway. The young lady at the front was very nice however when I asked for a refund for the buffet the manager could have at least come over to apologize. Anyway a waste of $57 and should have gone elsewhere for fun.

It was our first trip to Incredible Pizza. We were very impressed. The food looked good. We had dinner before we left, but we enjoyed drinks and dessert. The plant is clean and welcoming. Fair-type rides were great. It was a great way to spend the day. One thing we were not aware of is that you need to buy the buffet to be admitted, so don't eat before you go! There are discounts on their app you should check before you go.

I have to take my hat to Jennifer from director of customer service, she is so ingenious with customers and staff. She's the right goat I really watch her with the staff she really loves, which my family felt so welcome when we always have a beautiful smile. Walks to help others and treat customers like family the best to bring your family for fun. Jennifer I just want you to know that you are the best to keep the good work. Thank you for being great and feeling my family as if we were at home and going over and over your job to make two twins day.
