Ashley - Cork

Christmas season, the hotel was dong and the money is lacking and comfy to choose! However, in the city, I will come to you as soon as possible!

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. However, we found the rooms and overall atmosphere of the hotel to be disappointing. The air quality was poor and the rooms were cramped. Overall, we did not feel comfortable staying there and cannot recommend it at this price point.

Service was very friendly, the location was excellent. Unfortunately, the taps in the residents bar weren't working so I had to stick to bottles. It was clear that the bar wasn't being used regularly. The shower had excellent water pressure, but the toilet was broken which resulted in constant water flowing and disturbed sleep. There was no complimentary water in the room, which was disappointing given the price. However, the Barry's GOLD label in the room was a nice touch. Overall, I would rate this experience 3 out of 5 stars.
