Heaven Pizza - Cork

I think the food was really nice I gave it an eight and my son gave it an 9.5 its not the best place to sit down but the food was really good.

I've been a fan of this place since it opened. They do really nice Pizzas, always have. They do other foods too which are also quite good. Their deals are great. I'm a big fan of the 10 euro for any size pizza on Tuesdays. And their meal deals are great.

Do not waste your time at this restaurant. I ordered a Meat Super Pizza with extra mushrooms, pineapple, salami, and olives for an additional €10. However, my pizza only came with mushroom, salami, and pineapple - no olives or other meat toppings I had requested. I was charged for all the toppings, including the ones they forgot to add. The pizza was bland with only 3 toppings in total, costing €29. This is unacceptable. I have a photo as proof, but unfortunately, there is no way to contact the restaurant to address my complaints.

I occasionally order food from this restaurant during my work break, as I have limited time. I always call ahead to order my usual taco fries. Unfortunately, they have gotten my order wrong 2 out of the last 3 times. Two weeks ago, they didn't even input my order into their system. When I arrived at the store, they claimed they had no record of my order, but I waited 20 minutes for it to be made anyway. Today, I had a similar experience where they told me they were out of taco fries when I arrived, without bothering to inform me beforehand. The customer service at this place is disgraceful and off-putting.

I decided to give this restaurant another chance after not going there for years. Unfortunately, my experience was not great. I spent €22 on a bland and unappetizing pizza. I've had better frozen pizzas than this. Honestly, the fresh pizzas from Aldi for €5 taste much better and are a fraction of the cost. To add to my disappointment, I woke up in the middle of the night and got sick from the pizza. There was definitely something wrong with it.
