Very clean shop and clean machines. wash liquid is included in the price (5 euro for 8 kg wash). very helpful phone service, even if I called him on Sunday morning. only one thing that was to be understood intuitiw: for the drier you have to insert iteratiw 2 euro into the money machine and select the machine.

Super clean, easy and has a caffe attached! the personal that showed us how to use everything was very nice. the machines are simple enough, but he would still offer to explain what my friend and I really are nice. the fact that there is a caffe attached to the top is amazing because where else would you go? general snacks and caffes are available and a reasonable price.

Wonderful concept! very nice staff and facilities. the interieur is like an American diner, but with an Italian flair. they even had vegan baked. If I had such a lundromat in my hometown, I would never go.

The staff was exceptionally helpful! Explained quite easy everything in English! Reasonable price with laundry detergent included! Nice cafeteria with free fast wifi and cheap coffee! Highly recommend!

This laundromat no longer has the attached cafe, which has been replaced by vending machines. The payment machine also failed to dispense a “FIDATY CARD” and swallowed my €10. Luckily a friendly local helped out and called the owner on my behalf (since I don’t speak Italian) who came by 15min later to solve my issue. So, the service was actually very good but it’s a little disappointing there’s no cafe anymore.
