This is a great pit stop—clean and efficient service. However, be sure to check the directional sign for I-77, as another sign partially obstructs it. I knew how to get there because I had visited before, but someone unfamiliar might mistakenly think your business is in the opposite direction.
Delicious pecan praline—it's hard to go wrong with that!
I entered the restaurant to find it filled with frustrated customers, many of whom had been waiting for over 30 minutes just for a latte and a muffin. The customer service was extremely poor, and the manager was quite curt with the patrons. This was simply unacceptable. After placing my order, I was told it would take no more than 10 minutes. When 15 minutes passed, I inquired about the delay, and to my surprise, the manager just smirked to himself, having completely forgotten to enter my order. I do not recommend coming here!
We had an outstanding experience at this Baskin-Robbins location. Dallas, who served us, did an amazing job. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and was able to explain the ingredients in the Dolphin Ice Cream Cup treat perfectly. There were five of us in our group, and thanks to her assistance, we all got exactly what we wanted. Bravo, Dallas!
