Feedback gevenI was really excited to see a new location open in Cornelius, Oregon! In my opinion, this place is one of the best fast food burger spots around. They really focus on providing a great dining experience with fresh ingredients and careful preparation. I downloaded their new app, which was a bit of a hassle to set up, but I placed my order for lunch. I chose the Gold Digger burger with extra pickles and extra American cheese. While I did receive the extra pickles (which are complimentary), I didn’t get the extra cheese that I had paid for. It might seem like a minor issue, but since I paid for it and I'm a fan of extra cheesy burgers, it was disappointing. Aside from that, the burger itself was still tasty. I’m willing to give them another chance since they are still training new employees and mistakes can happen. Until next time, Carl!
I waited in line for 15 minutes only to receive the wrong change. I went inside and explained the situation to a very friendly staff member. However, the woman who initially gave me the money didn't acknowledge me and then made a snide comment to another employee in Spanish while handing me my change. It was only $1.29, but it's frustrating when the mistake is on their end. I think it's important to be courteous and learn to count. On a positive note, the lady with the purple hair who I spoke to was really nice, and I appreciated her help.
I won't be returning to this location. I pulled into the drive-thru with just five cars ahead of me, and it took nearly 25 minutes to get through. I waited about five minutes at the intercom before anyone spoke to me—there was no greeting or even a brief acknowledgment to let me know they'd be with me shortly, just complete silence. I feel bad saying this, but the woman taking drive-thru orders had a strong language barrier, making it necessary for me to repeat my order multiple times. To make matters worse, the digital menu board kept changing, which made it difficult for me to confirm my order with her. Additionally, there were mistakes with each of the three orders I placed. I couldn’t address the errors since I wasn’t given a receipt. On the bright side, the food tasted good, but I can find similar fast food elsewhere without the hassle.
