Dunkin' - Cornelius

It's unusual for me, but I felt compelled to write a third review. A friend of mine sent me a concerning text about his visit to the bathroom at the Dunkin' Donuts. He mentioned there was no toilet paper, which is always a major issue when it comes to bathroom experiences. The only option available was paper towels, and even that isn’t ideal in this situation. To make matters worse, the bathroom also had an air dryer instead of providing a proper solution. How often do customers have to deal with the inconvenience of lacking paper towels? Let's be clear: not having paper towels doesn't equate to saving the planet. In fact, it's likely driving customers away. I strongly advise against using the bathroom there, as it leaves you without a proper way to clean yourself. I can only imagine what else might have been used as a substitute for toilet paper in that restroom. It’s really unsettling to receive a message like this from a close friend, and it honestly put a damper on my day. I'm very disappointed.

The location is stunning, and the brewed coffee is fantastic! I haven't had a chance to try a real coffee drink yet, but I appreciate the variety of options available without a ton of extra fees for their beer. Everything is incredibly delicious, and I will definitely be returning!

The selection of donuts was quite limited, and the staff could benefit from additional training.

Manager was on the back no one in the front to wait for me got the manager to the front, he wasn't friendly made me the wrong drink not at all I ordered and the girl next to him was wiping her nase with the hand and did not wash her hands and I told the manager what I saw he didn't seem to care and then I got my money back and will not be back to the in zion in cornelius

We stop here every morning. Place is clean. You get in and out pretty quick.
